1. Return Eligibility:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect by the brand.
2. Manufacturing Defects:
In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at manshaattire@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear images and a detailed description of the defect to expedite the return process.
3. Return Process:
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return label and instructions on how to return the item.
A proper unboxing video and clear pictures of the parcel are mandatory for processing return requests.
Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit.
The store credit will be issued to the email address used for the original purchase.
5. Store Credit:
Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
The store credit will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Stitched outfits and custom made are non returnable and exchangeable.
7. Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
